Kindly make sure to follow the below steps for a successful Admission process:
1- Please read carefully the admission guidelines before starting the application
2- Please make sure of registering with a working personal Email address.
3- All the Contact with the university is done only through the email address.
4- Please make sure of completing all Application steps (8 Steps) and attaching all of the required documents then click the Submit button.
5- After registering, make sure you received the automated “Confirmation email” sent to your personal email. (the automated email might be forwarded to the Junk or spam folders so please check carefully) And in case you did not receive it, please contact the regional and international affairs office before the registration deadline.
6- Please submit your application before deadline as E-JUST does not accept any applications after the designated deadline.
7- Please make sure of correctly filling in your personal and academic information (Passport number – CGPA etc.)
8- All documents must be in English or officially translated into English.
9- Kindly attach the required documents with high quality by using a specialized scanner.
10- Kindly scan each document and save it separately in PDF or JPEG.
11- Kindly attach all the required document in the right tab with the required application (ZIP).
12- Please make sure to submit a formal personal photo (passport photo with white background)
13- Please check your email regularly for any correspondence with the university
